Cynthus is a Project and Programme Management consultancy and training provider. Our training courses are offered through an international network of business partners. We focus on providing PRINCE® project management courses which are accredited by the APM group as well as training required to obtain the prestigious PMP certification from PMI.

The objective of Cynthus is to 'enhance delivery skills' in the space of project management. An effective project manager needs to possess a combination of soft skills and technical skills (methodology) and we aim to equip you with these skills using our team of highly skilled experienced instructors who have practical experience of project and programme management as well as being accredited in the taught material. 

Our training courses have been established to address the training needs of project and programme managers, team members and support staff. Our international business partnerships have been in existence since 2001 and our instructors have successfully trained over 6000 project managers in more than 20 countries. Our instructors are also very experienced project and programme managers who are well versed in using effective project management methodology in delivering projects for some of the biggest multi-national clients in the world.

We have created our own accredited PRINCE2 training materials. These training materials are sold through the Partners In Business Foundation, an accredited PRINCE2 training organisation. The core of our PRINCE2 training courses is the use of the PRINCE2 Trigger Map. We are the only PRINCE2 provider that are allowed to use this process flow of PRINCE2 during accredited PRINCE2 training courses.
